Natasha Ferguson and Julie Triska are proud to present the opening of their dream business..."Pescadoras" Adjoining their business ideas, they came up with the innovative idea to make a fresh, local restaurant that is reasonably priced. The only way to do this would be to have a low overhead cost... and "kaBLAM" they came up with the concession business. You really are in for a treat when you visit Pescadoras. Julie Triska has been a passionate cook for 7 years and finished her culinary arts certificate at vancouver island university in 2007. Tasha is a creative and passionate cook and has worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years. She is a whiz at customer service as well as cooking. Our trailer is bright and colourful and hard to miss parked on the first corner on the right when you turn off the highway to go up mount washington. We are very proud of our breakfast and have made it affordable for everyone to try. Can't wait to see you all up there!!
